Your Language Connection interpreters work with our clients to create relationships. Our interpreters reach out to families to help schedule appointments for Teacher Conferences and take some of the work off of the shoulders of busy education professionals. Our interpreters also offer reminder calls for doctor’s offices to try to help ensure patients will arrive at their scheduled time. We offer customized training to our interpreters to be sure they’re aware of specialized terminology that arises with many of our clients. When you request and are assigned an interpreter, you get a confirmation that informs you who has been assigned to that job, rather than leaving you guessing at who might or might not show up. We can help train your professionals on how best to work with an interpreter, to ensure that everything runs smoothly in your customer interactions. We go out of our way to take care of those little extras that make for a seamless experience.

If you, like me, are amazed at how inflexible large companies can be with the services they provide, often providing customer ‘service’ that’s actually a huge inconvenience, you’ll be happy to know that we respect your time and needs. We look for ways to save you money, even when it means we won’t make as much. We offer phone interpreting with half-hour minimums and virtual and many of our in-person services with only one hour minimums. We take the time to meet with you and discern your needs in order to design language solutions rather than just offering standard packages.
