Our founder and CEO, Michelle Salinas, likes to joke that we’re not technically a non-profit, but we practically operate like one.
That’s because we at Your Language Connection care about our Lancaster community and actively work to invest in its residents. Our language services are priced to be accessible for those who need them.
On the staffing side, we contract with many linguists who are new to this country and offer them the opportunity to see their language skills as an asset to themselves and a tool to help others. And, YLC gives back, generously supporting initiatives in our community—such as when we donated 5 percent of our profits to 5 local non-profits to celebrate our 25th anniversary.
